삿포로역에서 매우 가깝습니다. 체크인 할 때 직원이 있었지만, 셀프체크인 기계를 권유해서 계속 기계로 시도를 했었는데 결국 안되서 직원이 직접 체크인 해줬어요. 이 때 시간이 많이 지체 되었습니다. 거의 10분정도로요. 이 부분은 좀 아쉽습니다. 호텔측의 정책상 기계체크인을 권유하는 것 같은데 잘 안되수 직원만 계속 사과하면서 난감해 했어요. 그 외에는 시설적인 부분은 모두 만족했어요. 객실이나 복도 인테리어도 예쁘고, 조식 포함 가격도 괜찮았어요.
The hotel is right next to the train station and in downtown Sapporo with shoppingand restaurantsall around – very convenient. The rooms are small, as most Japanese hotel rooms, but very clean and bed was comfortable. Although winter, our room was too warm with the heat turned off and we could not open the window (locked) – which is a safty hazard if there was a fire. The breakfast buffet is extra – we did eat at it on 1 day of our 3 day stay. The buffet is large and good but not vegetarian friendly- most dishes have meat so it was not good for me although I had salad, egg, & pastries – which was enough but not worth the extra cost. They prefer you to check-in by machine – great idea but no English version so a struggle for us who don’t know Japanese. They did finally help us although we had it mostly figured out by then. The staff spoke little English but were good at communicating alternatively, so it wasn’t a problem. They stored our luggage overnight for us without a fee which was much appreciated. There is a Lawson convenience store attached to the hotel and 7-11 across the street – great for a snack or drink. We could walk to the beer museum and get anywhere else by bus or subway. This seems to be more a business hotel or for Japanese patrons although we it worked well for us and we enjoyed our stay.
